Firstly, I would like to say welcome to the beautiful, but perhaps scary journey of counselling. I truly believe this experience will positively impact you and your life, resulting in a happier more content you.

While you are searching for a counsellor, it can get rather overwhelming and you may experience a variety of emotions, I would like to reassure you that within my service I will ensure that you feel supported and safe within a non-judgemental environment.

I am passionate about creating a space for you to feel comfortable and safe to express and explore what you feel appropriate with no pressure or expectations.

My aim is to help you to reach your highest potential, to feel content and fulfilled within every element of your life, whatever this may look like to you. Whether this means looking back, focusing on the here and now, looking at the future or perhaps a mixture of it all, we can explore this together to reach your goals.

As I am a pluralistic therapist, I am trained in a variety of different theory models, meaning I will ensure you are at the heart of the therapy and will work in a way that is flexible to what you need at every stage through your journey.

Whether you choose myself or a colleague within the counselling field, I would like to wish you all the best in your future.

If you wish to either book a consultation or discuss anything further, please feel free to contact me by using any of the contact details provided.
