Sometimes we feel so overwhelmed that our mood can drop and we start to recognise that we are not in a place that we want to be. This is when talking therapy can really help.

I aim to make each and every one of my clients feel safe, understood, heard and respected. I will offer a warm, friendly and peaceful environment for our sessions; a place where together we will build a good rapport, along with an honest and trustworthy relationship.

I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss. I am also a qualified hypnotherapist and some clients find that using elements of relaxation in their sessions can be very beneficial.

I have a little furry companion that works alongside me, Bertie my dog.

I offer face-to-face, video and telephone counselling from my home therapy room in Stansted, Essex. I am also able to consider home visits for clients who wish to have face-to-face counselling but cannot leave their homes.

In our sessions together, I will focus on what you need whilst listening to your concerns. Each person’s journey to healing is unique, and I will use compassion and empathy to help you to the very best of my ability.

Alongside traditional counselling techniques, I use elements of psychological teaching and life coaching to offer you the best therapeutic experience.

I’m passionate about sharing knowledge with my clients. Whether it’s learning how our brains and upbringing influence our behaviour, values and beliefs, or recommending books and other tools to help you move forward. I have no greater joy than seeing my clients walking away from their therapy sessions a different, more relaxed, more confident and happier person.
