I am a registered Pluralistic Counsellor, which allows me to switch up my approach, depending on your individual needs. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space, where I can support individuals with a range of difficulties, working together to build a trusting relationship. This will allow you to explore, reflect and grow, developing a greater self-awareness.

I have previously worked with a counselling service offering support to childhood sexual abuse survivors.
I have also worked within the field of eating disorders for 7 years, supporting individuals in their recovery journey.
