I am a fully qualified pluralistic counsellor (Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice) with experience of delivering counselling within the voluntary and community sector. I have experience of working with a diverse range of areas including anxiety, stress, depression and low mood, bereavement (including suicide), caring responsibilities, confidence issues, relationship issues, unresolved trauma, bullying, abuse, obsessional compulsive behaviours and perfectionism.
My pluralistic approach enables me to offer both short term targeted counselling and longer term in-depth counselling depending upon my client’s requirements. I draw upon a range of modalities and a broad base of techniques supporting my flexible approach in response to clients' individual needs. I am a NCPS accredited member and adhere to its professional standards.
