I specialise in working with people who want to re-evaluate and change aspects of their lives to get unstuck and move forward. I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor working online with adults on a short or long-term basis, individually or in a group setting.
The hopefulness and rewarding nature of progressing towards a goal and creating a new vision for oneself is at the heart of my work. Regardless of where we find ourselves, we can take steps, however small, in the right direction to make life better. I am passionate about the dynamics of change, the development of positive habits and the importance of supportive relationships in managing and overcoming challenging or traumatic situations.
