I am pluralistic counsellor which means that I have a vast array of tools to offer in order to build my practice around my client rather than fit my client around my practice.
I also like to use different techniques to help the brain and the body explore different perspectives.
I work with most presenting issues.
Two topics that I specialise in are:perinatal and parenthood counselling: people who want to understand how they have been shaped by their parenting experience in childhood. How you've been parented, is affecting you as an adult.
And in parenting, how the experience has challenged you, and your understanding of yourself.
Parenthood is the common denominator of my practice, whether it's about your child, or your inner child
As mentioned before, my practice is pluralistic,with a foundation of person centred. This means that your counselling journey is always tailored to you and your specific needs.
