Are you ready to be the best version of yourself?
I offer a supportive and sometimes challenging space to explore your inner self and explore the things that have been holding you back from becoming the version of you that you deserve to be.

"life is a balance between holding on and letting go" - a quote from the 13th century poet, Rumi.

Sometimes it's hard to know which things we need to hold on to and which we need to let go of.
In therapy I offer you an opportunity to explore, discuss and uncover the things that have been causing you pain. I work with you to build an alliance in which you can feel safe and supported to address your deepest fears and problems without fear of judgement or reprisal.

I work in a client-centred integrative way, this means I do not have a pre-conceived idea of what will work best for you, instead I work with you to discover what will work best for you. You, the client, are in control of your journey and I am the facilitator. I have been in practice for 3 years and have previously worked with a charity for survivors of domestic abuse.
I bring life experience coupled with a level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling to my therapy practice.
