I live in Scottish Borders, but work with clients all over the UK online. and face to face. I am an Accredited Psychotheraputic Counsellor with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I am a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and the National Hypnotherapy Society. My registration numbers are NCS20-00711 and HYP19-06210. I have experience in care, nursing and as a social carer.

I believe my life experience has helped me gain a good knowledge of compassion and respect, which is transferable into many sectors including counselling and care. ​​I have successful experience working with clients who have anxiety, low self esteem and confidence, depression and trauma in their lives. In each of these cases the client and I work together to empower the client and help them to find a way through their issues to sucessfully move forward

  CHRYSALIS DIPLOMA IN THERAPEUTIC COUNSELLING AND THEORY
  Year 1 Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills.
  Year 2 is Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory. Accredited by the National Counselling Society.
  Year 3 is Princes Trust Diploma in Psychotherapeutic counselling practice.
