Key Workers Counselling

I have over 20 years experience helping to make a difference to peoples lives, committed and passionate about supporting people through difficult life experiences and challenges, to learn about themselves, their motivations and choices, to develop their internal understanding and make positive changes.

I take an Holistic approach working in an Integrative way adapting a Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive approaches suitable to your individual needs.

I have a wide knowledge of experience supporting people suffering from a range of mental health problems, such as generalised anxiety disorders, depression, panic attacks, stress, loss and bereavement, feeling sad, physical & mental abuse.

Whether you are suffering from ill-health, loneliness, isolation, lack confidence, low self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed at the moment, I am committed in supporting you throughout your difficult journey offering a genuine and accepting relationship where we can work through together, with whatever you may wish to bring to the counselling sessions.

Please feel free to give me a call or drop me an email so we can have a chat about what is troubling you, and what you are looking for in a counsellor and whether I am able to help you to move you forward and start making those positive changes.
