Welcome to my profile, and thank you for your interest.
My name is Bridget. I am a NCPS Accredited Counsellor with a client-centred integrative approach tailored to you.
I am here to support you with any issues that are affecting your life. Together we will work through those things that are challenging, and aim for positive and lasting change.
I offer a calm, welcoming and relaxed environment to meet in-person, and can also work online for your convenience.
I work with a range of issues offering counselling appropriate to you, and your needs. I offer you a space to be heard, with empathy and without judgement. Whether difficulties are in the past or the present we will seek to find a way forward.
Alongside my private practice I am a school counsellor working with teenagers and young adults.
I am based just south of Reading, near also to Basingstoke, Wokingham and the surrounding areas.

  Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Prof. Dip Psy C.)
  Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory. (Dip CST)
  Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling (Dip Hyp CS)
