I trained as a person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist and was awarded an MSc in Counselling Psychology by Keele University in 2016. I have almost a decade’s experience working as a counsellor and psychotherapist. I know that what may seem impossible now, can become your reality.
Over the years, I have worked with people to help them navigate the complexities of being human and still emerge with a sense of themselves. I have also sat with people as they shared their life stories; stories of how they embraced who they are and lived lives full of big adventure and quiet beauty - all because they had the courage to embrace their authenticity.
