I work in a pluralistic manner, utilising psychodynamic, person centred and behavioural therapy to assist clients to understand their circumstances, explore their thoughts and emotions and develop new - and positive coping strategies. I work face-to-face and online, offering the client the same confidentiality and positive regard which ever option they choose.

I am comfortable working with a wide variety of issues and client types and have substantial experience working with young people (11+) neurodivergent clients and clients within the LGBTQ+communities as well as adults facing life challenges.

I am a joint partner in a trusted counselling practice called Active Listening Therapies which has been working with a diverse range of clients since 2017. I have been a full-time counsellor within the business since 2019.

In addition to working with clients, I also teach on a number of respected counselling courses.
