I am committed to establishing and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship with you, built on trust, honesty, and confidentiality.

I offer a range of therapeutic approaches, including NLP, Life Coaching, Bereavement Counselling, Meditation, Play Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Relationship Mediation. My goal is to support you in achieving your goals and living a fulfilling and meaningful life.

I believe that everyone deserves access to mental health support, regardless of their background or circumstances. That's why, as the founder of www.Mind4Therapy and www.SikhTherapy.com, I am dedicated to making therapy accessible to everyone. I offer a sliding scale fee structure to ensure that my services are affordable and accessible to all.

I also offer couples therapy and relationship mediation to support healthy and fulfilling relationships. I understand that relationships can be challenging, and I'm here to help you navigate them with compassion and understanding.

Additionally, I specialise in Emotional Focused Therapy, utilising a cut, psychotherapeutic, and person-centered approach for both couples and individuals. My training in bereavement work comes from CRUSE accredited training, ensuring I provide sensitive and effective support to those experiencing loss.

I am committed to working with organisations like Suicide & Co, ensuring I am accessible to all clients who need support, especially those in vulnerable situations.

I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure that I am offering the latest and most effective therapeutic approaches.

As a British Sikh therapist serving clients in Barking, Ilford, Chadwell Heath, Romford, Brentwood, and Upminster, I bring cultural awareness and competence to my practice. I support clients from various religious backgrounds, including Hindu, Buddhist, Catholic, Christian, and Muslim faiths, as well as those with non-faith perspectives. My approach is inclusive, respecting each client's beliefs and values while providing compassionate support tailored to their individual needs. This commitment to cultural competency ensures a safe and supportive environment for all clients, contributing to their mental health and wellbeing.

If you're ready to take the first step towards finding clarity and peace in your life, please don't hesitate to contact me to schedule an appointment. I am here to support you on your journey.
