Welcome to Routes 2 Branching Therapies, where diversity meets understanding. My approach is rooted in pluralism, drawing predominately from psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT modalities. A pluralistic approach to counselling is like having a variety of tools at your disposal. This allows me to tailor a method to fit everyone’s unique needs, preferences, and circumstances, ultimately leading to a more inclusive and effective therapeutic experience. My background in equality, diversity, and inclusivity ensures that our therapeutic relationship is built on trust, respect, and cultural sensitivity. What sets this space apart is its commitment to inclusivity – a space that acknowledges and welcomes diverse needs, embracing all neurodiversity’s and equality considerations.
