About me
I am an experienced Qualified Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor and I have my own Independent Practice based at Fairfield Independent Hospital in Crank.
Counselling is a talking therapy where worries, stresses and concerns can be discussed in a confidential, safe and non-judgemental environment. Working alongside each other, we work towards addressing and sometimes resolving the current issues that can consume your life. Counselling is empowering in allowing you to make choices and sometimes change aspects of your life or finding ways of coping which you may have not felt able to do in the past. We uncover your potential to be the best you can and I support you in this journey.
I am a Person-Centered practitioner and have a range of experiences in counselling a varied range of issues. I am a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP) and I am an 'Accredited' member of the National Counselling Society (MNCS Accredited) and I am fully insured.
