The Talking Space - A safe space for you.

EXPERIENCE: I have years of collective experience both in-person and working remotely with the NHS & various charities helping people from all walks of life suffering with anxiety, depression, low self-worth and numerous other issues affecting their well-being.

SPECIALISING: I have further specialised training around bereavement, grief, suicide intervention and past trauma. I also work with those experiencing issues around menopause, parenting and those suffering after miscarriage.

WAY OF WORKING: I won’t give you advice, but together, in a confidential and compassionate therapeutic space, we can explore what it is that's affecting you; this often becomes a nurturing, growthful and healing part of the process for my clients.

WHO I WORK WITH: I work with everyone over the age of 16, in a trauma-informed way and respect and accept every individual person's uniqueness. I embrace difference and diversity, furthermore I accept you as you are. I will endeavour to hear and learn about you from you - without judgement. To ensure the best possible service to you, I am committed to continue with my learning and awareness around diversity.

FEES: Fees are £70 per session. However, I do offer a reduced rate of £40 to student counsellors and to those living on a low income.
