Hi. My name is Tracy and I'm from Exmouth Devon. I imagine reaching out for help is challenging, I aim to make your experience as easy as I can. I offer Person Centred counselling to adults working together to help make your life that bit easier, I have experience with a variety of difficulties and am happy to have a chat to see if we would be a good fit.

I offer sessions online, via telephone or face to face, please contact me should you wish to discuss suitable options for you. ( I aim to get back to you within two working days, my working days are Monday-Thursday) I WILL respond to every enquiry, please be aware sometimes emails go to your spam folder.

Alongside my private practice I work as a counsellor for Surviving Abuse North Devon.

• Qualifications & Experience

  I have an Advanced Professional Diploma in Counselling Theory and Therapeutic Practice.
  
  I also hold a Certificate in Counselling and a Certificate in Couple and Relationship Counselling.
  
  I have achieved my accreditation with the BACP.
  
  I am constantly updating my skills and have done a lot of CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
