I am a person centred counsellor. I work with a variety of different people from all walks of life.

I work only online, which means potential clients can have Therapy in the comfort of their own home.

I will support my clients by encouraging them to stay with their feelings, using a metaphor, music or a relatable film.

My Sessions are lively as we connect as two human beings, and I will give my clients the time and space they need to process what is going on for them. Embracing differences and being comfortable within their own mind and body.
