I have been working with a charity and in private practice helping clients with a broad range of issues including, work/life stress, relationship difficulties, adverse childhood experiences, trauma, sexual, physical and emotional abuse, depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. I also help people with suicidal ideation and self-harm issues work through these and find a way forward. I offer short or longer term therapy with weekly or fortnightly sessions to suit each client.
