I currently work at the Priory Hospital in Chelmsford, and I am a Family Support Practitioner.
My passion is helping people of all ages experiencing mental health difficulties and I have a privately run, therapeutic practice, where I can provide you with a safe, friendly, and confidential environment for exploration.
Within the practice I can help if you require; one to one therapy, for various aspects of mental health, support through bereavement, need family support, help with parenting or CAMHS.

I believe that one of the keys to success through therapy, is building a therapeutic relationship with my clients, be they families, adults, children, or young people. And, as I understand that one type of therapy does not suit all, my integrative approach, means client consultations are tailored to their needs now, enabling them to get the most from every session.
The specialist support and treatment I provide, covers a wide spectrum, including stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, ADHD, family support and parenting, addiction, relationship issues (including couples therapy), self-harm and much more.
Although my preferred method of delivering therapy is face to face, if it is difficult to travel, or if you have an urgent need, I can also provide therapy across the internet or over the telephone.
I deliver one to one parenting support programmes and group sessions in association with The Ministry of Parenting, as well as support groups or one to one for parents that have a child that self-harms. Please do contact me if I can help you in one of these areas.
Finding your own way out of a situation that causes mental and physical hurt can be overwhelming at times. Whatever it is that’s causing you to feel in distress, I can work with you to help you manage this.
