Are you struggling with everyday life? Maybe you feel low, anxious or are suffering from depression. Perhaps you are experiencing relationship issues, problems at work, bullying or struggling with eating. Maybe you just want someone to talk to in a non judgemental environment? If this sounds like you then don't worry, you are not alone. Now could be the time to make a change, to take a positive step forward and create a better future, a better you.

I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor with understanding of CBT therapy; I am also trained in understanding childhood grief and loss through expressional play. I specialise in eating disorders, ADHD, childhood trauma and PTSD. I offer a counselling service tailored individually to each clients needs. I offer my services in a warm, friendly and non-judgemental environment. In my approach the client is the focus, building a trusting and professional relationship which allows you to explore any deep rooted emotional issues you may be holding. If you feel I am the therapist for you, please call for an informal chat about how we could work together.
