I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor based in central Exeter, and I work from an empowering and supportive perspective. I love what I do and am passionate about helping my clients lead the lives that they choose.
In the past I have also worked in law and early years education. These experiences have helped me to understand the deep importance of having our unique experiences nurtured and understood.
I work in a Person-centred way. This means that I won’t tell you what to do or how to live your life. In fact, I don’t think there is such a thing as a perfect life, just the lives that we have and what we make of them.
My passion in counselling is to create a relationship built on safety, trust, and hope, where you can feel accepted and challenged to grow in new and meaningful ways; to find the life that you want. I have training and experience in various therapeutic approaches, and can create an experience tailored individually to you.
