Hello,
My name is James Taylor and I am a professional Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Hypnotherapy Supervisor, and Life Coach.
I am also an author and have my own YouTube and Podcast channel, both called 'Right Your Own Story', which is the name of my company.
I specialise with helping women transform from self-doubt, anxiety and depression, to improved self-worth, an enhanced inner belief and confidence, without compromising on who they really are.
Early in my career, my drive to be of service to others manifested itself in the form of becoming a police officer, and then later a Detective.
The more cases I was tasked with investigating, the more I began to encounter individuals (often victims of terrible crimes) whose need to be heard and cared for extended far beyond what I could provide as a member of the police service.
I knew there had to be a better way to help, and I refused to stop short of giving my all.
Firstly, I trained and studied for many years before obtaining my Diploma in Professional Counselling.
Inspired by this growth, I continued studying and obtained my Diploma in Professional Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis, but I still craved more.
I retrained again as a Professional Life Coach, and then later still as a Certified Hypnotherapy Supervisor, to help other Hypnotherapists be more equipped with enhanced skills for their clients and their business.
Eventually, I worked at the world famous and prestigious number 1 Harley Street, London.
With each new certification that I have attained, I’ve continued to observe one universal truth that so few people in the therapy industry seem to grasp…
You already have all the answers to be successful within you. What you actually need is someone who can guide you through all of the distractions that have been keeping success from you.
My aim is to help you be the best version of you that you can be, by drawing out that potential within you that you naturally have, whilst letting go of the things that are holding you back.
