I have been counselling for eight years, six of those years I spent volunteering for a local counselling organisation.
I use a variety of different therapies, so you can be confident that the talking therapy that you receive will be just right for your individual needs.
The reason why I chose to train as a counsellor is because the counselling that I had received myself during a very difficult time really made an impact on the way I saw things .
Counselling helped me to find my feet again and I trained so that I could help you through your difficulties.
I do not use 'jargon' that you will not understand, instead I will explain what the work is that we will be doing together, how it will help you, and give you the opportunity to ask as many questions as you want to.

• Qualifications & Experience

  I am qualified as a Counsellor with an AQA Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
  I am also qualified to work with children and young people over the age of 10 .
  I hold an Advanced Practitioner Certificate in Counselling Children and Young People (Level 5 Equivalent)
