My focus is often to help you in overcoming what might be holding you back and helping you to find more helpful ways of managing your difficulties.
You may feel caught up in repeated patterns in your life or be looking to make sense of meaning and purpose and seeking personal growth.
I understand that some of the emotions and situations we experience can be hard to live with.
