I am a humanistic therapist, and I work with individuals (adults, teenagers and children), couples and groups, who bring with them a range of life’s problems, challenges and possibilities. My aim is to encourage a deeper sense of self-awareness whilst focusing on the individual’s whole experience of life (behaviour, thoughts and feelings). I work pluralistically with my clients, seeing the work we do together as a collaboration. I respectfully invite my clients to be an integral part of the creation of their therapy, whilst keeping the focus on the their needs and strengths.
