I have a broad range of experience in the delivery of professional counselling and supervision services for individuals and groups.

This includes working collaboratively with people struggling with alcohol and/or drug problems, anxiety and depression and bereavement. I am also very experienced in supporting people, of all ages, coping with suicidal idealization and self-harm.

I am an Integrative Counsellor, enhanced by additional qualifications and experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Substance Use Treatments allowing me to work with a range of common mental health problems.

I also provide Clinical Supervision to trainee and experienced counsellors together with coaching/mentoring support for those whether in study or challenging work environments.
