Asking for help takes courage. Maybe you want to understand your self and your life more deeply. Maybe you are exploring your gender, sexuality, and relationships, or are curious about all the things that make you the person you are. Maybe you feel like it is hard to exist in the world because of your identity, or are struggling to find your place. Counselling provides you with a radically accepting safe space to explore and become curious about how your beliefs, your identity, and your lived experience of the world have shaped you. Together, we will create a space where you can go deep into yourself and explore who you are to find greater ease as you walk through the world.
Counselling with me offers you with a radically different space for you to become curious about the blocks in your life, to go deep into yourself to explore who you are and the experiences that have shaped you.
People have counselling to help resolve and work through experiences from the past, worries about the future, or the things that are blocking you in the here and now.
It is a place where you can be curious about who you are, look deeply into your needs, and find new ways of being in the world.
