MY SPECIALIST INTEREST: is working with Grief and Loss.

Illness/Death of a loved one * Financial instability * Losing your job or changing/adapting the way you work * Anticipatory grief – fear for what may happen to you or others * Trust/ safety/ security - Freedom to do what you want *Normalcy- Change in daily routines & predictability * Relationship difficulties * Missed or cancelled significant events * Identity - Who am I now?

Grieving is an incredibly lonely experience. It can feel so totally overwhelming and all consuming. I know it is very difficult for you to reach out, but if you do, I promise a safe space to feel heard and cared for. You deserve this right now. I will gently help you to work through the intense knot of feelings at your pace. You are in control. There's no pressure, only what's helpful and soothing. Let me do this for you.

I won't pretend it will be easy, but counselling can be an amazing journey of exploration, self-discovery and of course healing. I will be with you all the way
