Hello - I'm Holly, I'm a woman with my own experiences of feeling overwhelmed by anger. I'm also a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor, and have been working with women's anger for a number of years.
I'm passionate about helping people to understand their anger, and not only regain control of it but to use it to create the life they want. I offer therapy to help people who feel overwhelmed to get to the bottom of their anger, and develop ways of managing it better.
