Kim Tasso is a qualified counsellor who is also a qualified professional coach. She practices online and in person in Kent and London. She continues to volunteer as a counsellor for Richmond Counselling & Psychotherapy Services (RCPS). She runs her own management consultancy specialising in professional services.

Kim Tasso BA(Hons) DipM FCIM MCIJ MBPsS MNCPS (Acc) MBA is also managing director of RedStarKim Ltd. She is an independent management consultant, specialising in the professional services sector, with over 30 years’ experience.
After qualifying in psychology and working for several years in the technology sector in marketing and sales roles she worked for leading professional service firms. She started her own business in 1994. She has worked for over 300 clients including: solicitors’ firms, barristers’ chambers, patent attorneys, accountancy practices, insolvency practitioners, actuaries, surveyors, marketing services agencies and management consultants.
She advises on and provides training and coaching in the strategic and operational aspects of management, change, marketing, selling and client relationship management.
