I am a Person-Centred/integrative therapist, focus strongly on the emotional, the relational and the validating bond. My therapy space is your space of strictest confidentiality, safety and acceptance.

No value judgements. No pathologizing. It is the awareness of our innate imperfections and vulnerabilities that finally reveal our true authentic humanity within us all. You will have an awareness of your precious self, I’ll aid you in drawing the clear protective boundaries that will assure your lasting safety and growth in confidence.

Hence, required from you: no more beating up or self-sabotaging!
Instead, merciless forgiveness and kindness towards yourself - which beautifully, you’ll soon be able to see in others too, easing your relationships (and your OCDs, should that have been an issue!)

I wholeheartedly will support your right to screw up. You're a human-being, a Mensch. After all, this is how we learn: by slipping up, then looking back and calling it experience. I'll hone in on not where you fell, but what lead to the slip, and on any other further obstructions that stand between you and a happier/more fulfilled you, then will explore ways with you to tackle these, through everyday little positive actions you’ll gradually figure out to practise.

Another central theme in my work is hence that of acceptance: as soon as you learn to accept, forgive and to be kind to yourself, the sooner you'll shift into a mindset that eases you towards changing whatever you feel that needs to - as your acceptance towards yourself rises, your stress levels will gradually drop.
I’ll then pinpoint the things that simply can be practised (cue me geeking out over neuroplasticity, synaptogenesis, etc.), while staying 'present in the present' (mindfulness etc.)

Central to my work is especially intercultural/inter-religious therapy, allowing you to ‘just be’: no matter your cultural, religious, gender, sexual or play preferences - I'm an active member of the LGBT+, Fetish, Kink and BDSM community (proud BLUF member #3297), I will hence always speak from within, never as an uninvolved-seeming ‘onlooker’ and will give you the skills to bring together whatever might feel that clashes: your choice of a religious or spiritual path with that of your family/community, or this maybe clashing with your sexual or gender identity, while you maybe wondered if you’re on the autistic spectrum or maybe have symptoms of ADHD but really still fancy being part of a polyamourous polycule, etc.

Throughout, I'll guide you through the process step by step, mindfully feeding back my experience of you with many cognitive and neurological tips and tricks which on the way you’ll be able to use, especially whenever you feel your anxiety or stress levels going up.

Don't be shy to get in touch for free free phone consultation session - trust me, the psychology of the spoken word is markedly different that that of the written ; )

All das übrigens gerne auch auf deutsch!
