As your counsellor, I will be with you on your journey. I will listen with empathy and without judgement while we explore together what has brought you to counselling. This can be a time of discovery and it holds the potential to become an opportunity, which can lead to a positive and exciting journey of self-understanding and growth.
I have experience of working with people presenting with a variety of issues including anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem and life changing events such as illness, domestic abuse, caring commitments and loss.
