I have significant experience in the field of addiction, having worked with both the client and their family members in three of the leading rehabilitation clinics in the UK. This has enabled me to gain specialist experience and skills in all addiction-related issues. My therapeutic approach is person-centred. I believe that each client has the ability to fulfil their potential, given the right conditions. I work very closely with the therapeutic relationship and aim to create an environment of trust, warmth and connection.
As a counsellor, my role is to facilitate the process by empowering clients to find their own answers to the challenges they currently face.
