Over the last couple of years, you may have found that you have more time to contemplate challenging times that have occurred or are currently occurring in your life. These may be questions from childhood, trauma based, gender or sexuality questioning, anxiety, loss or a neurodiversity. Or you may feel that the day-to-day is simply overwhelming now that we are allowed out again. Sometimes, when those hard times flow into our every day life it may feel that you are unable to be happy, or think clearly or feel able to cope. In the safety of your own home (or a space that works for you) we can explore and process this together.
I have extensive experience working with trauma, grief, sexuality, gender, eating disorders, emotional and physical abuse, anxiety and complex mental health concerns. I work using various therapeutic models tailored to your needs, ensuring each session is focused on you and you alone, here you will find, empathy, acceptance and freedom to explore.
In our sessions together you will be met with empathy and understanding. I have worked with clients from all walks of life, cultures and religions. I understand that reaching out for support can be a hard step! Therefore, I always ensure you feel safe and supported during our time together.
