What if you could swap the traditional setting of the therapist’s office for the calming presence of nature? With Walk & Talk Therapy either in-person or remotely, you can.
I offer Walk and Talk sessions in-person in Cumbria and the Yorkshire Dales. These range from regular 60 to 90 minute sessions or longer full or half day sessions which can give you the space to explore issues without the pressure of time.
If you live further afield, we could explore the possibility of remote Walk and Talk sessions, where we switch from a video call to audio whilst we engage in walks in our own locality.
What if you feel more comfortable engaging in therapy from the comfort of a safe and confidential space of your choosing? With online therapy, via Zoom, you can.
I offer 60 or 90 minute online sessions through video, where it is possible to make really strong connections engaging in both verbal and non-verbal communication.
I can help you make sense your addiction behaviours or traumatic experiences, be they past or present. Putting you at the centre and ensuring you feel safe and supported, we’ll navigate your challenges together in a way that suits you.
If you're ready to take the first step towards feeling better, I'm here to help you find clarity, peace, and a path forward.
