I offer a safe and confidential space for you to feel understood and accepted; I am here to support and empower you to explore the areas of your life you are currently struggling with to cultivate healing, growth and the change that you desire.

I work by combining the person centred approach with other techniques and practices, offering a holistic, compassionate and non-judgemental way of working that prioritises the needs of each individual client so that you are supported at every step of the way.
