-Building resilience: Through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we’ll work on accepting difficult emotions while staying grounded in your core values, helping you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
-Self-compassion and acceptance: With Person-Centred Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we’ll cultivate a sense of kindness and understanding toward yourself, even in the most difficult moments.

Training, qualifications & experience:

I am a qualified therapist with an Advanced Diploma in Counselling from Heartwood Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Certificate in Humanistic Integrative Counselling from CPPD Counselling School. With two years of experience working with a diverse range of clients, I am registered on an Accredited Register approved by the Professional Standards Authority, ensuring high standards of care and professionalism in my practice.

-In-person sessions near Kings Cross: £70 per 50-minute session
-Online and phone sessions: £60 per 50-minute session
-50% off the first session, and £10 discount for students or individuals on income support
-I offer flexible or regular scheduling, with sessions available weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed.
