I offer a safe, non judgemental space for you to air your thoughts and work through any struggles you may be facing at your own pace. Areas I have the most experience with include anxiety, PTSD, bereavement, anger management, family and relationship issues, disability and chronic illness. I am qualified to work with adults, children aged 7+ and young people.

Although my specialist areas include disability and chronic illness, I'd love to help you through whatever you are struggling with!

I offer a range of different therapeutic approaches, tailored flexibly to meet your individual needs. While some people prefer to have the space to talk in depth about their past experiences at their own pace, others prefer to work more quickly by learning new coping strategies to better function in the here and now. Whether you have strong preferences for what you want out of therapy or are not yet sure, we can work together to help you get the most out of your therapy.

How can counselling help me?

Although counselling can't change the situation you are facing, or what's happened in the past, it can help change your perspective, giving you the strength and resilience to be able to thrive despite life's many challenges.

It can be quite daunting at first to think about sharing your personal experiences with a stranger, however, I hope that you'll find counselling with me a safe and non judgemental experience where you can feel heard and accepted for who you are.

If this sounds like something that could help you, please get in touch for your free telephone consultation!
