There are many reasons to seek therapy. You might have some intuitive sense that ‘something isn’t right’, or experience overwhelm or being stuck, or have a clear issue or goal in mind that you want help with. All of that is Ok. I offer a safe and welcoming space – a space for you to bring what matters to you to therapy. Working with you to discover, make sense of, and work through the issues that you experience, and move towards and connect with what feels Ok for you.

I value your unique perspective, experience, and identity of each person I work with. I work with a neurodiversity-affirming ethos. Value your needs, preferences, interests, and communication style.

Accounting for diversity in our relationship: that we each have our identities, intersectionality, and environments. And how that diversity influences and shapes our therapeutic relationship.

I have worked with: Anxiety, Depression, Neurodivergence including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD, Low self-esteem, Family issues, Low self-confidence, and Trauma.

I use a range of styles and approaches and am interested in finding the way of working that feels right for you. Working together to discover and make meaning of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Using a range of approaches, styles, and modalities, in addition to my transactional analysis training, to move with you throughout our work in therapy.

We can explore what matters to you in an environment where it is safe, where you are welcome, and you feel supported. In a therapeutic relationship that promotes and enables personal growth and healing. Where you experience a healing relationship.
