Life can be challenging, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck and finding it difficult to move forward. You may be feeling anxious, depressed or struggling with low self-esteem, as if you’ve lost touch with yourself. This could be due to changes in life circumstances, challenges, past trauma or current relationship difficulties. Working together as a team, we can start to make sense of what is going on for you. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy aims to help us understand unhelpful thinking and behavioural patterns developed in the past and how they are affecting you in the here and now. This helps you to make achievable and lasting changes.

I work online with adults of all genders. I have a special interest in issues relating to anxiety, stress, parenting, self-esteem, self-criticism and perfectionism. I am an integrative CBT therapist, and use other modalities, Person Centred, and Compassion Focused theory where appropriate. Together we can customize an approach to reach your therapy goals.
Beginning the process is hard and it is important to find the therapist that’s right for you who you can connect with in a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental way. Email me for a free consultation and together we can agree on a mutually suitable time for an initial phone/video call, for you to see if I am the therapist for you.
