I am a mental health specialist with a unique blend of expertise. My journey began as a Reiki master, where I developed a passion for holistic therapy. This foundation led me to qualify as a counsellor and a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapist. My practice combines these holistic and cognitive-behavioural approaches in a person-centred framework.
I listen attentively to your concerns, tailor each session to meet your needs and integrate mindfulness techniques to enhance your therapy experience. You will gain practical tools to tackle daily challenges and improve your overall quality of life, empowering you to achieve lasting change.
