Warm and down-to-earth therapist and counsellor, with over 15 years experience working in therapeutic settings.

I’m not a ‘blank slate’ therapist - I won’t sit in silence. I respect that therapy is a significant investment of your time, money and energy, so you can expect that I’ll be invested in you and your journey.

I work with individuals to find their most peaceful and fulfilling lives, in whichever way is right for them, for as long as is needed. You don’t need to know what’s not feeling right. You don’t need to think what’s happening isn’t ‘bad enough’. Everybody deserves support.

The most important thing to me is that you feel seen, heard and welcomed for exactly who you are right now, so you don’t have to leave any part of you outside the room. I am neurodiversity affirming, LGBTQIA+ friendly and work with gender, sex and relationship diversity.

I offer sessions in-person in Leeds City Centre, online and by telephone. Accessibility is important to me, if there's anything that could make it easier for you to have sessions please let me know.

You are very welcome to get in touch by email, text or phone to ask anything or book a free 30 minute consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.

I have over 15 years experience in the world of mental health and therapy.

I spent most of this time overseeing teams as service manager within residential therapeutic services, NHS Talking Therapy (IAPT) and NHS Primary Care Mental Health. Alongside managing the running of these services, I supervised therapists, mental health nurses, psychological wellbeing practitioners, mental health support workers and clinical managers.

Before this, I enjoyed working as a mental health support worker, and a counsellor at a low cost counselling service and a specialised sexual abuse counselling service.
