I will listen to your story without judgement and together we can unpick how you have arrived where you are now and what you need to move forward in a happy & healthy way. As a Therapeutic Counsellor, I work in a Person-Centred way, which means that I believe that you are the expert on yourself.

I understand the power of nature and as such, I offer Walk & Talk Therapy in the Forest of Dean and at a beautiful lake setting. I also offer online counselling as well as face to face counselling from my office.

I can help you navigate all life stages, with a particular interest in trauma, addiction and menopause.

I am fully trained to work with children and young people and have worked in a number of settings supporting children and young people.
