I qualified as a counsellor in 2004. I have offered therapy in GP surgeries, treatment centres, schools and in my private practice. Over this time I have worked with a wide range of client concerns. As a counsellor I see positive changes that can happen for my clients as a result of therapy. As a practitioner I am committed to my own professional and personal development.

Counselling will be an opportunity for you to open up about whatever is on your mind without being judged, with someone who is qualified and independent from your daily life. We will explore together your concerns in order to expand and increase your awareness so that you can understand yourself more fully and perhaps make life enhancing changes.

We can all keep things to ourselves, but sometimes it can feel good to not be alone with problems, distresses, thoughts or daily troubles. I understand that counselling may seem a big step and I will do my best to help you feel at ease.

Please make contact to find out more about my approach, and I will be happy to speak with you so that I can best understand what you are wanting to achieve within therapy.
