Whether you are struggling with anxiety, grief, loss, changes in life that challenge your sense of who you are - I offer a non-judgmental, safe place for you to face some of these challenges with support and compassion.

You don’t need to be or have anything specific to be welcomed into the counselling space and find it helpful. You can come as you are, and be accepted as you are.

Counselling is time set aside for you to make sense of what’s going on, and gain new perspectives and/or strategies to help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

By working from a person-centred perspective my focus is always on what works best for you - not what I think should work for you. I offer time away from the immediate pressures of life in which we can explore your challenges/difficulties together. I won't tell you what to do - I believe that you are the expert about yourself.

If you think that counselling might help you I would love to have an initial, free conversation with you to see if we could work together meaningfully. It is important that you find the right counsellor for you - that you don't just jump at the first one you find. I want us to take time to explore whether I am the right fit for you.
