My Counselling Approach

I take an integrative therapeutic approach grounded in Person-Centered Theory, meaning that I consider the therapeutic relationship vital to the therapeutic process. I provide a confidential, supportive, and nonjudgmental space and, importantly, help my clients find their own answers. As an integrative-trained counsellor, I can draw on several modes of Humanistic, Cognitive, and Behavioural therapies as appropriate to the client's needs.

Experience & Qualifications

I previously spent thirty years as a senior manager successfully developing people and teams to achieve high performance by focusing on the individual and their unique qualities. I now focus on mental wellbeing as a qualified and experienced counsellor.

 I hold an Honours Degree in Psychology from Wrexham University.
