About me and my therapy practice
I am deeply committed to helping people transform and heal, guiding them toward a deeper sense of mental, emotional, and spiritual freedom. As a coach and psychotherapist, my work is rooted in a model of therapy that is phenomenological, embodied, relational, and deeply attuned to the individual and the world context. At its core, this practice nurtures embodied self-awareness, facilitates mental and emotional balance, and empowers authentic decision-making, all while encouraging a life lived with inner alignment and self-consent.

The sessions I offer are an integration of diverse fields across psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy, woven together with the lived realities of my clients. From existential analysis and logotherapy to neurobiology and embodied trauma therapy, my approach draws from many disciplines, including existential and gestalt therapy, constellation work, somatic therapy, breathwork, and altered states of consciousness. It is also informed by the philosophy and methodologies of internal family systems (IFS), non-violent communication (NVC), and spiritual teachings rooted in Tibetan Buddhism and Classical Kashmir Shaivism.

Therapy, as I see it, is not merely about talking or thinking through problems but is an exploration of our embodied experience in the world. It’s a journey through the landscapes of feelings, sensations, perceptions, and values, aimed at helping you transcend the distortions and fixations that arise from trauma and emotional dysregulation. By doing so, you are gently led back to your authentic values and a deeper sense of purpose.

This process goes beyond words. It is about tuning into the body, the breath, and the wisdom that lies within. By integrating somatic practices with both ancient and modern philosophies, we honour the interconnectedness of mind, heart, body, and the world around us. In this holistic approach, healing and self-discovery are facilitated and nurtured as we cultivate mindfulness, inner balance, and embodied awareness on the path to living a more authentic life.

Practice description
Discovery: Our journey begins with a complimentary 20-minute discovery call, where we have the chance to experience one another’s presence, understand your current challenges, and assess the potential for our collaboration. This moment is not simply about outlining the work ahead; it’s about attuning to the subtle dynamics of our connection and sensing whether we can walk this path of healing together.

Content: In our sessions, we’ll embark on a deep exploration of the existential themes that shape your life and experience. We begin with the foundational elements of safety and belonging, how they have formed your self-perception and how they influence your place in the world. These are not abstract ideas but lived realities that are rooted deeply into your sense of security, your connections, and the way you engage with life. By bringing them to the surface, we can better understand how they affect your sense of stability and fulfilment in relationships, work, and personal growth.

As our work unfolds, we will delve into the essence of your core values, the beliefs that silently guide your choices and shape your relationships, your self-worth, and your overall expression of joy. We will examine how these values manifest in your interactions with others and how they resonate (or conflict) with your deeper self. This process is a way of coming home to yourself, of aligning your actions and desires with what you truly hold dear.

We will also engage with the profound search for authenticity and meaning that underpins much of human existence. Together, we will explore how these existential inquiries shape your aspirations and decisions, helping you discover a clearer alignment with your true self. This exploration is not just intellectual; it involves tuning into your embodied experiences: your physical sensations, emotional reactions, and the wisdom your body holds. By connecting these embodied realities to deeper existential questions, we create a bridge between your inner world and the outer complexities of modern life.

Ultimately, our journey together is about cultivating a sense of purpose that resonates deeply with your values and beliefs. It’s about reaching a state of flow between your personal fulfilment and your relational harmony, guiding you toward a more intentional, authentic engagement with the unfolding of your life. This integrative approach brings together reflection, embodiment, and relational understanding, helping you live with greater clarity, purpose, and depth.

The first session
In our first session, we will begin by creating a space that is safe, empathetic, and open; a place where you can feel at ease as you share your story. This initial meeting is an introduction to the journey we’ll take together, a time to explore the key themes that shape your experience centred on safety, belonging, authenticity, freedom, self-worth, and purpose. We will delve not just into the challenges you are facing, but also to the values that guide your perspective on life.

Together, we will touch on the existential questions that may lie at the heart of your struggles, how they show up in your relationships, your sense of self-worth, and the decisions you make each day. Through our conversation, I will gently invite you to explore how your embodied experiences (your sensations, emotions, and physical responses) might reflect the deeper themes of your life’s unfolding.

This first session is both a beginning and a collaborative inquiry. It’s a space where we can start building a relationship founded on trust, understanding, and mutual commitment to your healing and growth. Here, we lay the groundwork for an integrative approach that aligns with your values and aspirations, guiding you toward greater clarity, authenticity, and purpose as you move forward on your path.
