Life can feel overwhelming when you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, or challenges in relationships, sex, and intimacy. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where we can explore these struggles together and work toward meaningful change. With nearly 20 years of clinical experience, I offer a tailored, integrative approach that blends evidence-based techniques such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Gestalt Therapy. I also bring advanced training in Mindfulness, Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Psychosexual Therapy to our work.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported clients in a wide range of settings, including the Nightingale Hospital, where I worked with complex mental health needs, and the London Fire Brigade, assisting first responders with the unique stressors of their roles. My time in the prison system further enriched my understanding of trauma and behavior, enabling me to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
