You might choose to come to see me because you are having negative thoughts, distressing feelings and physical pain symptoms that are impacting on your everyday life. I am here to come alongside and help you find a way forward when you are ready.

I am a compassionate, empathic listener that hears what is going on in your life and how you would like things to be different. I am always concerned about your holistic well-being including your physical well-being, self-esteem and self-confidence. These are all inter-woven with your mental health.

    ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY

    I have more than thirty years’ professional experience in supporting adults, young people, children and families. I have worked as a teacher; a school advisor for children with emotional difficulties; managing a parenting charity; training professionals working with families and as the Strategic Lead for Children and Families for a local authority. I bring gentleness, empathy and knowledge to my counselling work.
